I used to pound popular sports drinks I found at my local grocery store when I first started working out. BAD IDEA. They were so full of sugar that I ended up feeling bloated right in the middle of a workout. That’s why I’m glad Beachbody created Beachbody Performance Hydrate. Sometimes it takes something extra to get you where you want to be. This morning, I was feeling tired and wanted to skip my morning workout. But I didn’t.
