If You’re Doing the Real Time Workouts or the Original Workouts: Yoga Fix
It’s Day 21: The Last Push! Today is your final active recovery day. After all the work you put in over these past few weeks, we’ll be wrapping up with Yoga Fix. Use this session to really stretch your muscles and reflect on all the hard work you have put in throughout these last 3 weeks!

Congrats—we did it! Amazing work everyone! Be sure to take your “after” photos and measurements, and, if you feel comfortable, please share your results!
