If You’re Doing the Real Time Workouts or the Original Workouts: Dirty 30
Do not let up now. We still have work to do. For Day 20, Autumn is going to challenge you one last time with the Dirty 30 workout. We’ll be pushing to the max to give you the calorie burn you have been waiting for. Are you ready to sweat today?
If you’re doing the real-time workouts, your doubles workout will consist of Lower Fix where you will give your lower body the final burn it needs.

If you’re doing the original 21 Day Fix program, your doubles option will be Pilates Fix. Give your core and booty one more burn before you get to your active recovery day.
