If You’re Doing the Original Workouts: Dirty 30 Extreme
Today is Week 2, Day 13! You have almost completed another round of 21 Day Fix EXTREME! Today your workout will be Dirty 30 Extreme. Get ready to work your entire body with seven compound moves that will leave you feeling STRONG. Now that we are nearing the end of Week 2, Autumn is giving you an option to choose ABC Extreme as a workout. This workout can be found under the Ultimate Upgrade tab of the 21 Day Fix EXTREME original workouts section. Feel free to do this workout in place of Dirty 30 Extreme, or for an ultimate challenge, complete both!
