  1. The grocery list helps you save time at the store and avoid bad food choices—you can find it under your program materials on Beachbody On Demand.
  2. Make sure you download the Beachbody app if you haven’t already so you have a handy tool in your pocket when you’re on-the-go. It’s great for tracking your containers and viewing the workout content.

Speaking of container tracking, did you know Beachbody Performance supplements don’t count toward your containers? They’re considered targeted nutrition, so there’s no need to include it in your count or worry about messing up your meal plan.
