Coaches, you have two options for 21 Day Fix EXTREME workouts:

  1. Original 21 Day Fix EXTREME workouts (2015)
  2. The latest 21 Day Fix EXTREME Real Time workouts (2019)

So what’s the difference between the two? The original has all the extreme workouts that took your results to the next level while the Real Time workouts build on your favorite intense moves with some added new ones. With the Real Time workouts, you’ll go on a journey with Autumn and the cast as they follow the program and see results in real time just like you. Every day brings a different workout for a total of 21 unique extreme workouts to keep you challenged and get you results faster.

Note: There are two separate program tiles on Beachbody On Demand—one for 21 Day Fix EXTREME original and one for 21 Day Fix EXTREME Real Time—with corresponding calendars and materials listed under the Program Materials tab for each. For those who purchased Ultimate Portion Fix, the Real Time calendars are under the Resources tab.
