Now that you know the moves and have a better idea of which weights to use, give Quick Shift: Strength another go and try to improve this time around.

Nutrition: Try Something New

Even if you’re not the best chef, the Simple Shift Nutrition Guide will come in handy. Basic techniques like grilling, baking, roasting, and steaming are all covered, so you can easily throw together a tasty post-workout meal.
