Who’s ready to get sweaty?
Today’s workout is Cardio Core. You’ll need your Beachbody Strength Slides, Beachbody Resistance Loops, and a mat for this 45-minute workout. Remember, this workout alternates one cardio interval with one HIIT interval followed by a core move. Then at the end you’ll do all the core moves in a row. So get your game face on and let’s go!
Now switching gears to nutrition: Did you recalculate your container bracket at the end of Phase 1? (The formula for recalculating is in your Starter Guide). You need to be sure you’re eating enough to get through these workouts, and the Timed-Nutrition is important to give your body what it needs when it needs it.
