We are one day away! One thing you probably saw in the 6-Week Transformation Tracker is the section about taking your “before” photos and measurements. It’s super important, and if you haven’t done it, do it NOW. This is how you’ll track your progress throughout the program. Now, here’s how to make the most of tomorrow, DAY 1:

      • Plan your meals for the day (extra credit if you plan for the week)
      • Take your Shakeology and Beachbody Performance supplements
      • Have your Step, towel, and water bottle ready to go
      • Make sure you have the 6-Week Transformation Tracker and Wall Calendar/Tracker handy to track your Transformers
