Today we’re focusing on meal planning and prepping. This is something you’ll do every week, and the more you do it, the better you’ll be at it. As Autumn says, “progress, not perfection.” When you plan and prep your meals ahead of time, you’re less likely to make a bad food decision in the moment, because you’ve already made a GOOD food decision.
