Yesterday, we started with 5 videos and the Workbook written exercises. We’ll continue each day with more videos and learning until we begin using the containers on Day 1 of our 30-day challenge. Now, today’s learning: Let’s talk about your “WHY.” As Autumn explains, people who have a specific goal and reason for why they want to lose weight tend to have better success achieving that goal. So, let’s establish our deeper truths and how it relates to losing weight. Watch Video 5: “What’s Your Why?” and complete pages 17–18 in your Workbook.
