Here’s the equipment you’ll need:
- Dumbbells (Light, Medium, Heavy)
- Resistance Loops
- Strength Slides
- Chin-Up Bar, Chin-Up Max, Mat (Optional)
This workout is BRUTAL. It’s four rounds of five exercises followed by an intense burner of two more challenging moves. I guarantee you’ll be sweating your butt off by the end.
