A Note to Coaches

Your challengers are getting ready to start a transformational journey of self-expression, confidence, and FUN! Barre Blend is about stretching and strengthening your body as well as your mind, and it’s a powerfully effective workout that will make you sweat as much as it will make you smile. With you as their leader, your challengers are sure to make progress toward their health and fitness goals.

As their Coach, you’ll want to encourage your challengers to commit to the entire 60-day Barre Blend program. Although people tend to be more consistent when they do their workouts in the morning, there’s no wrong way to do Barre Blend. As long as they get their workouts done and stay active in your Challenge Group it’ll be a great experience for everyone.

The most important thing for you as a Coach is to stay engaged with your challengers. Celebrate, motivate, and encourage them to do their best all the way through. You have the chance to create a super-supportive, judgment-free community. Share your own journey and ask them to share with the group.
