Week 4: DAY 27 — The Crucible

You know what today is, so eat a healthy breakfast, take Energize if you have it, and do whatever else you have to do to get fired up, because you’re going to need it today. Today’s workout is a doozy.

  • Strength Slides
  • Mat (optional)
