Week 4: DAY 26 — Isometrics

We’re back to Isometrics. Here’s what you’ll need.

  • Dumbbells (light, medium, heavy)
  • Chin-Up Bar, Chin-Up Max, Mat (optional)

You know the drill—five moves you’ll repeat for four rounds. Remember there’s a rest break between each move, but it gets shorter with each round. So put that game face on and get ready to crush it!
