Remember, the format for this workout is made of two blocks: an endurance block of eight moves you repeat twice and a killer block of agility burners containing three rounds of fat-burning HIIT exercises. Make sure you give it everything you’ve got!

Triple Berry Breakfast Smoothie (Makes 1 serving)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 scoop Strawberry Whey Shakeology^
- ¾ cup reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup fresh (or frozen) blackberries
- ½ cup fresh (or frozen) blueberries, reserve a small amount for garnish
- Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, yogurt, blackberries, and blueberries in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into serving glass (or Mason jar); garnish with reserved blueberries.
