Day 11: Core Circuit

Cardio days can be intense, and a great way to stay fueled is to make sure every meal—AND every snack—is giving your body the nutrients and calories it needs. Let me tell you about one of my favorite snack recipes, Almond Espresso Energy Balls. I found it on the Beachbody On Demand blog not too long ago, and I’ve been obsessed ever since.
