Prep Week DAY 4

Did you try the #mbf sample workout? I can’t wait to hear what you thought about it. This is a good day to start taking your Beachbody Performance supplements. I LOVE my Energize. I mix mine 30 minutes before I push play, for an extra boost in my workout. I wouldn’t miss it! Also, don’t forget to drink your Recover as a post-workout protein snack. I’ve noticed that I recover so much faster after each workout. They’re my secret weapons to getting the most out of my workouts.
