Week 0 Day 1

Open your Ultimate Reset program, review the materials,
and be sure to:

  1. Watch the Ultimate Reset Overview Video in the Participant Portal
  2. Read the Program and Nutrition Guide.
  3. Familiarize yourself with a wide array of helpful info and videos in the Participant Portal. (Log in to the Portal with your TeamBeachbody.com account credentials.)
  4. Clean out your kitchen, removing every food item that isn’t on the meal guide ingredient list. Throw them away, give them to a neighbor, or donate to a food pantry. It doesn’t matter how you get rid of them, just do it. The less temptation, the better!
