We’re in Week 3! Great job. Let’s keep our progress going. Fill out pages 52–53 in your logbook—it’s all about checking in now. Looking back to when you first started the program, what do you notice now? What are you proud of accomplishing? What still needs work? Are you seeing results? Some things may take longer than others—pounds might be dropping but you might still be struggling with those highly processed snack items or your meal prepping.
