Take your “before” photos and measurements and write them in your measurement tracker or enter them directly in the BOD app. I know, no one wants to do this part, but it really is so helpful. The scale doesn’t tell the whole story. But your photos can show less bloating, more muscle definition, or your clothes fitting better.
