One of the upsides of doing the Ultimate Reset is becoming a master at meal prepping!

Have you noticed that you’re becoming more efficient in the kitchen? Knowing exactly what meals you’re going to eat makes planning and sticking with a lifestyle easier. You’re less likely to give into cravings and temptations if you already have meals prepared.
