If You’re Doing the Real Time Workouts or the Original Workouts: Cardio Fix
You are over halfway through Week 3 already! Let’s keep pushing extra hard until the finish line. We’ll be going through Cardio Fix one last time today. This is your last chance to really focus on increasing your heart rate so you can walk away covered in sweat. Your doubles workout today consists of Upper Fix so be sure to give your chest, back, shoulders, and arms one final burn.

By now, you might have your favorite “go-to” Shakeology recipe. I personally love adding some chia seeds, spinach, and almond milk with any flavor of Shakeology to get a delicious shake. What do you add to yours to customize it?
