If You’re Doing the Real Time Workouts or the Original Workouts: Dirty 30
We have almost completed Week 1, but there is still work to be done! Today, Autumn is going to take you through her famous Dirty 30 workout. This workout consists of 4 rounds of nonstop resistance training that will help carve out a lean, stronger physique.
