Are you ready to crush Day 9? The workout today is Upper Fix Extreme. We are cutting no corners in this second week. Make it a goal to start to increase your weights for that extra chest, back, shoulders, and arms burn. Today is also your first BONUS 10 Min HardCORE workout, which will leave you feeling the BURN!
